CAVIAR DIP 
6 oz. whipped cream cheese
3 oz. dairy sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated onion
1 1/2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill
2 oz. fresh black caviar

Bring cream cheese to room temperature and mix with sour cream. Gently fold in lemon juice, onion, dill and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper. Fold in caviar carefully. Refrigerate until needed. Serve with toast points or crackers.
