CHEESECAKE 
20 lg. graham crackers, crushed (save 1/2 c. for topping)
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 (1/2 pt.) container whipping cream
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix crushed graham crackers with 1/2 cup melted butter in 9x13 inch cake pan. Pat down to make crust.

Mix lime Jello with 1 cup hot water and set aside; whip whipping cream in separate bowl and set aside.

Mix 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese and cream cheese in larger bowl. Add sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla. Mix with mixer until creamy. Fold in Jello and whipped cream. Pour onto graham cracker crust in 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs (1/2 cup) on top that you saved out for topping. Refrigerate. 12 servings.
