4 c. water
1 c. milk
1 stick butter
Salt
Bread crumbs
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. carton sour cream
4 tbsp. chopped chives
1 scant tsp. garlic
4 c. instant potatoes

Heat water, milk, butter, and salt until just before scum forms. Add potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, chives, and garlic. Put in buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with bread crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
