PARTY POTATOES 
5 lbs. Red Bliss, peeled and boiled
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped onion
Garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
Paprika and melted butter

Prepare Red Bliss potatoes for mashing. Whip into the potatoes the remaining ingredients. Add a little milk if too dry.

Spoon into casserole. Sprinkle with paprika and melted butter. Freeze or bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees if serving immediately.
