PARTY POTATOES 
Regular potatoes or instant for 12

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

1/4 c. dairy sour cream

Beat softened cream cheese at medium speed with electric mixer, until well blended. Add hot potatoes gradually, beating until light and fluffy. Season to taste with salt. Spoon into buttered 2 quart casserole. Brush top with melted butter and sprinkle lightly with paprika. Brown in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

This recipe is good for a company dinner as it can be prepared ahead of time and heated just before serving time.
