CORN PUDDING 
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole corn
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can creamed corn
1 stick melted butter
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Grease 9 x 13 casserole. Mix corn, butter, sour cream, and eggs. Add muffin mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Allow to set 15 minutes before serving.
