FRUIT PIZZA 
1 refrigerated sugar cookie roll
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
1 med. apple, chopped
1 banana, chopped
1 can mandarin oranges, drained and cut up
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, sliced
1/2 c. seedless white grapes, sliced
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Roll out cookie roll to fit in a 12 inch pizza pan which has been lightly greased. Bake at 375 degrees until lightly brown. Beat cream cheese and sugar together with mixer until fluffy. Spread over the cooled cookie crust. Mix the cut up fruit and nuts with Cool Whip and spread over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate. May be made the day before serving.
