CHOCOLATE PECAN COOKIE 
2 3/4 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. pecans, chopped

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together butter and brown sugar until creamy. Add eggs, vanilla, and mix well. Blend in flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir in chips and pecans.

Drop by tablespoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Makes approximately 3 dozen cookies.
