1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix (no butter cake)
1 can mandarin oranges juice and all
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs

Mix cake mix, mandarin oranges, oil and eggs. Bake in 3 (8 inch or 9 inch pans). Grease and flour pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or little less.

ICING:

1 can crushed pineapple (medium) juice and all
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. Cool Whip

Mix can crushed pineapple and vanilla pudding until thick. Fold in Cool Whip. Cover top and sides and refrigerate overnight.
