MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges and juice

ICING:

1 (3 3/4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can mandarin oranges
1 med. size Cool Whip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and mandarin oranges and juice. Pour into 2 greased and floured round cake pans and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. For icing, drain 1 can mandarin oranges. Combine with vanilla instant pudding and Cool Whip. Ice cake and refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
