MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE | |
1 pkg. white cake mix 4 eggs 1/2 c. oil 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice (reserve 3 slices to place on top of cake) Mix together and bake in 2 or 3 layers according to package directions. Cool and frost with Cool Whip Frosting. Cool Whip Frosting: 1 pkg. (large) Cool Whip 1 can (small) crushed pineapple, drained 1 box vanilla instant pudding Mix together and chill. When cake is cool, frost. Decorate with reserved orange slices. |
