MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines butter recipe cake mix 4 eggs 1 c. Crisco oil 1 can mandarin oranges with juice 1 lg. can crushed pineapple with juice 2 sm. boxes instant vanilla pudding 1 lg. (at least 13 oz.) Cool Whip Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and mandarin oranges with juice until well blended. Pour into three greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients for frosting. Frost between layers of cake, top and sides. Refrigerate cake. Best if served several hours (or more) after cake is prepared. |
