MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE DELUXE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, including juice
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs

Mix like regular cake mix, put in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Frost.

FROSTING: Blend together 1 (15 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice, 1 package instant vanilla pudding, 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip. Chill for 2 minutes until set a little. Spread on cake.

Delicious! Although for the frosting, I use another small can of oranges, drained, chop the oranges in half, and mix with the instant pudding and Cool Whip.
