MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box butter cake mix
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges with juice

Beat oil and eggs together thoroughly. Add to cake mix. Beat for 4 minutes. Add mandarin oranges and mix by hand. Pour into 3 greased and floured round cake pans. Bake 18 to 20 minutes at 325 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 family size pkg. of vanilla instant pudding
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Mix and spread on cool cake.
