HAWAIIAN ORANGE CAKE 
CAKE:

4 eggs
1/2 c. Wesson oil
11 oz. can mandarin oranges with juice
1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix

FROSTING:

20 oz. crushed pineapple with juice
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 can coconut flakes
9 oz. Cool Whip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Put eggs and oil in a mixing bowl and beat together. Add the orange pieces with juice and beat. Add the cake mix and beat for 2 minutes. Bake cake for 22 minutes in 3 layer pans or in a 9"x13"x2" long pan.

When cake is completely cool, cover with frosting.

FROSTING: Place pineapple and pudding in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer. Add the coconut. Fold in the Cool Whip and spread between layers and on top and sides of cake. Store the cake in the refrigerator.
