ORANGE RUM CAKE 
2 pound boxes cake mix
2 tbsp. shredded orange peel
2 tsp. shredded lemon peel
1 c. sugar
1 c. orange juice
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. rum

Prepare pound cake; mix together according to package directions, adding the orange and lemon peel. Bake in tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool 20 minutes more. Punch holes in cake. Combine sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, and rum. Boil. Spoon over cake slowly. Wait 20 minutes. Turn out. Chill.
