HAMBURGER POTPOURRI 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. chopped onion
2/3 c. chopped celery
2 (10 oz.) cans vegetable soup
1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans in tomato sauce
3 c. water
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. basil leaves

Cook and stir meat and onion in a large pan or Dutch oven until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Serves 8-10. Good served over steamed rice.
