BANNOCK BREAD 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. water

Mix dry ingredients together, stir in water until blended. Pour batter into a greased 12 inch iron skillet. Bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Turn, bake additional 10 minutes. Serve hot with butter.
