LOOK WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH
ALUMINUM FOIL

You can close the vent in poultry by stuffing the opening with crushed foil, it holds in the stuffing just as well as sewing or skewering.

Turn ugly trays into handsome hors d'oeuvre servers by covering them with foil. Boil cracked eggs without a mess by wrapping each one in foil. Leave 2 inches at the top, twist shut and you make a handle for removing the eggs from the water!

Bake 2 casseroles or vegetables in one dish by lining the dish with foil and pinching it up into a raised divider in the center.

Remember, if you bake potatoes wrapped in foil, be sure to unwrap them within 20 minutes or less after taking them out of the oven. Otherwise the potatoes will go limp.

To turn meat (or fish) while broiling and be sure it won't stick, try this: cover your broiling pan with a sheet of foil. Then put a second piece of foil, slightly larger than the meat or fish, under the food. When ready to turn, slice your spatula between the two foil pieces, flip over and peel the top foil off.
