MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 c. cornmeal
2 well beaten eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cream style corn
1/2 c. oil

Set aside.

In skillet brown 1 pound meat and drain. Add onion and bell pepper. Grease skillet - 1 layer meat, 1 layer batter, 1 layer cheese, layer until done. Leave batter mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
