BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. broccoli (chopped)
1 stick butter
1 c. plain bread crumbs
1 (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese
Worcestershire sauce (to taste)

Cook and drain broccoli. Melt cheese and half of butter in top of double boiler. Add to broccoli. Add Worcestershire sauce. Melt remaining ingredients and add to bread crumbs. Spread over broccoli. Brown in oven.
