CHEESED BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
2 beaten eggs
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. celery soup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dashes of Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. minced onion
Salt & pepper to taste
1 stack round buttery crackers, crumbled
Butter

Cook the broccoli according to package directions and drain. Combine remaining ingredients except cracker crumbs and butter and mix with broccoli. Place in a greased casserole and sprinkle with crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. 10 to 12 servings.
