CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, boiled until tender
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
6 slices cheese (Velveeta or American)
1 box Stove Top dressing, cooked according to directions
1 can cream of mushroom soup

While broccoli is hot, add cheese and mix until melted. Lightly grease a casserole dish and add broccoli and cheese. Skin and debone chicken, cut into bite-size pieces. Layer chicken on top of broccoli. Put the cooked Stove Top dressing on top of chicken. Put the soup on top of dressing. Bake in a 350 degree oven until bubbly.
