CHEESE BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, partially thawed
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream celery soup
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. crushed butter flavored crackers
2 tbsp. butter

Combine broccoli, egg, mayonnaise, soup, cheese, onion and Worcestershire sauce; blend well. Place into ungreased casserole dish. Garnish with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.

Bake, uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
