BROCCOLI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 stick melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. grated cheese
1 med. chopped onion
1 c. cracker crumbs

Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain. Add soup, mayonnaise, butter, eggs, cheese, and onions. Pour into a greased casserole dish and top with cracker crumbs and cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 6-8 people.
