BROCCOLI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
20 oz. frozen cut broccoli
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 egg
1 can mushroom soup
1 can milk
Bread crumbs

Butter casserole dish. Put in broccoli pieces; sprinkle cheese over. In separate bowl mix soup, milk, egg, and mayonnaise. Pour over broccoli and cheese. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
