MOLLY CRUNCH CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1 can pie filling

In 9x9 inch square pan, put 1 stick of butter and melt in oven. With pastry brush, butter sides of pan.

In small bowl, put pie filling, stir well. In another bowl, put all flour, sugar, vanilla, and milk; mix well. Then spoon this mixture in melted butter. Then spoon pie filling on top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Top should be golden brown.
