LEMON JELLO CAKE | |
3/4 c. water 3/4 c. oil 4 eggs 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello 1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1/2 c. lemon juice 2 c. confectioners' sugar Beat together water, oil, eggs and Jello for 5 minutes. Add cake mix. Beat for 3 minutes. Pour into 9x13 inch greased and floured pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. While cake is baking, mix lemon juice and confectioners' sugar. When cake is done, pierce with a fork all over and pour lemon juice and sugar over cake. |
