LEMON JELLO CAKE 
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
Yellow cake mix
Sm. lemon Jello
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 c. pineapple juice
Powdered sugar

Simmer pineapple until reduced to 3/4 cup. Mix water, oil, eggs and cake mix. Stir in Jello, drizzle in pineapple juice and beat 5 minutes. Bake in 8 1/2 x 11 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Mix lemon juice and powdered sugar. Put on hot cake.
