10 to 12 lg. potatoes

butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook potatoes, cool and dice. Place diced potatoes on waxed paper. Coat with flour. Season with salt and pepper. Place potatoes in flat, greased casserole. Melt generous amount of butter (approximately 1 cup); pour over potatoes. Bake 1 hour, stirring several times while baking.
