MELTING MOMENTS 
1 c. unsifted flour
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 to 3/4 c. finely chopped nuts

Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl. In large bowl, beat butter until smooth. Add dry ingredients and blend well. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place 1 1/2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a lightly floured fork. Bake at 300 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until edges are golden.
