SINGLE CHEESE 
1 sm. (16 oz.) fresh white cheese
1/2 can whole kernel corn
1 med. tomato
4 little green onions
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Oregano (according to your taste)

Cut cheese, tomato and onions in little square pieces. Mix all together including corn. Add oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and oregano. Makes 4 servings.
