"SHOOT" ON THE SINGLE | |
1 lb. or more ground beef Brown. Add 1 onion, minced, medium or large. Stir and add about 2 tablespoons of flour, salt and pepper to taste. Slowly add warm water until you get the consistency you like. Add 1 teaspoon parsley and if not brown enough add a few drops of Kitchen Bouquet. Simmer slowly about 1/2 hour or more, add more water if it cooks down. Delicious on mashed potatoes. Add a beef bouillon or two if you like more flavor but cut down on salt. |
