ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained (water packed)
1 pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
1/2 c. low fat plain yogurt
1/2 c. light mayonnaise

Cut or chop artichokes with shears or coarsely chop in food processor. Mix all ingredients. Chill and serve with crisp vegetables. NOTE: By substituting the yogurt and light mayonnaise, the calories are reduced from 1600 to 400.
