SWISS ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Quarter artichoke hearts. Mix grated cheese and artichokes with mayonnaise. Pour mixture into 1 or 1 1/2 quart baking dish or pie plate. Cook covered at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Uncover and continue cooking 15 minutes or until mixture bubbles. Serve with Triscuits.
