APRICOT, PEACH, APPLE OR CHERRY
DESSERT
 
1 can pie filling
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. sugar
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
4 egg whites
8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix crackers and butter; put into 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat egg whites until frothy. Slowly beat in sugar, beating until stiff. Spread on cracker mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Spread with fruit pie filling, then the Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
