PEACHES 'N CREAM DESSERT 
CRUST:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup shortening
1 egg
3 tsp. cold water

Using stand mixer, combine ingredients to form a dough. Press into 9x13-inch pan to form a crust.

FILLING:

1 cup sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
5 medium fresh peaches, sliced
1 cup whipped cream
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine sugar and flour. Toss with peaches. Pour into prepared crust. Pour cream over peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake in preheated 425°F oven for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°F and bake 25 minutes more or until peaches are tender.

Let stand 25 minutes before serving.
