CORN PUDDING 
3 slightly beaten eggs
2 c. corn
2 c. scalded milk
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients; pour into greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Set in shallow pan; fill pan to 1 inch with hot water.

Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes.
