TANGY TUNA SALAD 
2 (7 oz.) cans tuna
2 tbsp. snipped chives
3/4 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Break tuna into pieces, add chives, celery, and parsley. Blend together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Tabasco, and dry mustard. Add to tuna mixture, toss gently and chill.
