ORIENTAL TUNA SALAD 
1 can (7 oz.) white tuna, drained and broken up
1 can (5 oz.) water chestnuts, slice and drain
2/3 pkg. Italian frozen green beans or pea pods, cook 1/2 time because they should be crispy

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise mix with 1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
Dash of garlic powder

Mix dressing with ingredients. Chill. At last minute add 1/2 can Chinese noodles.

You can use chicken instead of tuna.
