(NO CRUST) - CHEESE CAKE 
1 pound cream cheese (2 large packs)
3 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 pint sour cream

Soften cream cheese in mixer. Add 3 eggs, one at a time. Gradually, add 2/3 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 almond extract.

Bake for 45 minutes in a 325°F oven - in round 9 inch pan (not greased). Cool slightly, then add 1/2 pint sour cream and return to oven for 5 minutes.
