INVISIBLE CRUST CHEESECAKE 
CAKE:

3 eggs
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese (may use low cal)
2/3 c. sugar

Mix cake ingredients with hand mixer. Pour into buttered glass dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool at room temperature for 20 minutes.

TOPPING:

2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. vanilla
8 tsp. sugar

Can halve topping if desired. Beat topping ingredients together until smooth. Spread on cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 additional minutes.
