PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE WITH PECAN
CRUST
 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. pecans

Blend together flour and brown sugar, cut in butter. Add pecans. Set aside 1/3 of mixture, COAT pan with Pam, pat out remaining crust into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, cool well.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. pumpkin
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour mix onto cooled crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool, chill and serve.
