PEPPER JELLY 
3/4 c. finely diced green bell pepper
1/4 c. ground or chopped Jalapeno pepper (remove seeds)
1 c. apple cider or wine vinegar
5 c. sugar
1 bottle certo

Mix all ingredients except certo. Let come to a boil for 4 minutes. Cool and then add the certo and small amount of green food coloring. Place in jelly jars. Note: Type of Jalapeno peppers will determine how hot the jelly is.
