JELLIED CLAMATO SALAD 
2 pkgs. unflavored geletin
3 1/2 c. (28 oz.) Clamato juice
4 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 c. (8 oz.) baby cooked shrimp
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green onions

Bring juice to boil, pour over gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Add vinegar and cool until "syrupy". Add shrimp and veggies and mix well. Chill.
