APPLES AND CREAM PIE 
1 can sliced pie apples or 2 c. fresh, sliced thin
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten slightly
2/3 carton whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg. Mix with apples in large bowl. Then add lemon juice.

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
