COLESLAW 
6 c. cabbage, chopped or blended in blender
3 tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
5 oz. can evaporated milk

Place blended cabbage in a colander and sprinkle the 3 tablespoons sugar on it. Let sit for about 30 minutes. Squeeze the water/sugar out of the cabbage. Set cabbage aside.

Dressing: Combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, 4 teaspoons sugar, salt, celery seed and milk; mix well. Mix dressing with the cabbage and refrigerate before serving.
