STEAK PARMIGIANA 
1 1/2 lb. sandwich steak, top round, cut thin
1 1/2 to 2 c. bread crumbs, flavored
1-2 eggs, beaten
8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
Spaghetti sauce

Dip sandwich steak in beaten egg. Coat with bread crumbs. Saute steaks until golden brown in olive oil. Cover bottom of oven proof pan with thin coating of tomato sauce.

Place browned steaks in pan. Cover each with a tablespoon or two of sauce. Bake uncovered in 325 degree oven for 25 minutes.

Remove pan from oven. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of steaks. Return oven for 5-10 additional minutes.
