COPYCAT RED ROBIN PARMESAN-GARLIC FRIES | |
1 (28 oz.) bag of Red Robin or Ore-Ida frozen steak fries 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1/2 tsp. paprika 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 1/3 cup butter 1 tbsp. minced garlic 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese Preheat oven to the temperature the bag indicates. Toss fries in a large bowl with oil, paprika, and seasoned salt until covered. Lay fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake according to instructions on the package. When there are five minutes left on the timer, melt butter in a skillet on the stove. Add garlic and cook over low heat until fragrant. Place fries in a bowl and cover with garlic butter mixture. Make sure the butter has cooled slightly, and then toss with the Parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy! Submitted by: Carol |
