BIBB LETTUCE WITH ORANGE
VINAIGRETTE DRESSING
 
2 lg. bunches bibb lettuce
1 lg. navel orange
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. mild olive oil

ORANGE VINAIGRETTE:

1/4 c. fresh orange juice
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar

Toss lettuce and orange sections in salad bowl. Serve with Orange Vinaigrette.
